Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how clients and users may use the services, websites, applications, and digital products created or provided by Awtad LLC. By engaging our services or using any deliverable we produce, you agree to comply with this policy.

This policy exists to protect our clients, protect Awtad LLC, and ensure that our work is not used to cause harm to others.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Awtad LLC's services and deliverables for lawful purposes, including:

• Operating a legitimate business website or online store
• Promoting lawful products and services
• Communicating with customers and stakeholders
• Publishing original, lawfully licensed content
• Running digital marketing campaigns for legitimate businesses

3. Prohibited Uses

Illegal Activities:

• Using our services or deliverables for any unlawful purpose
• Facilitating fraud, scams, phishing, or identity theft
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Money laundering or financing illegal activities

Harmful Content:

• Publishing, distributing, or facilitating hate speech, harassment, or content that discriminates based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation
• Creating or distributing malware, viruses, spyware, or any malicious code
• Publishing content that exploits or harms minors in any way
• Distributing pornographic or sexually explicit content without appropriate age verification systems

Intellectual Property Violations:

• Using our deliverables to infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Republishing or reselling work produced by Awtad LLC as your own agency's work without a white-label agreement
• Removing or altering any proprietary notices or attribution in deliverables

Technical Abuse:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is delivered
• Using any website or application we build to launch cyberattacks or DDoS attacks
• Collecting user data without proper consent mechanisms in violation of GDPR or other privacy laws
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) through systems we build or configure

Misrepresentation:

• Impersonating any person, company, or organization
• Creating fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
• Operating deceptive websites designed to mislead consumers

4. Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for all content published on websites or platforms built by Awtad LLC. By engaging our services, you confirm that:

• All content you provide to us is lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights
• You have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents for content you supply
• You will operate any deliverable we produce in compliance with applicable laws

5. Enforcement

Awtad LLC reserves the right to:

• Investigate any suspected violation of this AUP
• Suspend or terminate services immediately upon discovery of a violation
• Refuse to complete or deliver work that violates this policy
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
• Seek legal remedies for damages caused by AUP violations

Termination due to AUP violation does not entitle the client to any refund.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of services or deliverables produced by Awtad LLC, please report it immediately to info@awtadllc.com.

7. Governing Law

This Acceptable Use Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
