All services are digital in nature and delivered remotely via the internet. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

4. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars)
• Payment is processed securely through PayPal or Stripe
• Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required before work commences
• Awtad LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment
• Any additional costs incurred during a project (licenses, domains, hosting, third-party tools) require prior written approval from the client and will be billed separately

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Before full payment: The client has no right to use, publish, or distribute any work product
• After full payment: Rights transfer to the client only upon execution of a signed intellectual property assignment document
• Portfolio rights: Awtad LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing
• Third-party assets: Any third-party fonts, images, or software included in a project are subject to their respective licenses

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback, approval, or content within agreed timelines
• Ensure all content provided to Awtad LLC does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Pay all invoices according to agreed payment schedules

7. Refund Policy

• All sales are final by default due to the digital nature of our services
• Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy
• Third-party costs (licenses, domains, hosting) are non-refundable under any circumstances

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Awtad LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• Awtad LLC is not responsible for business decisions made by the client based on our services or advice
• We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue growth, or search engine rankings

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Results or outcomes will meet specific expectations
• Third-party integrations will function without interruption

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice
• Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date
• Any third-party costs already incurred are the client's responsibility regardless of termination reason
• Awtad LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

1. Good faith negotiation — Both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days
2. Mediation — If negotiation fails, parties agree to pursue non-binding mediation
3. Arbitration — If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of New Mexico, United States

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Severability
