Refund Policy

1. Our General Policy

By purchasing any service from Awtad LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. We strongly encourage all clients to review service details, ask questions, and clarify scope before making a purchase.

2. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

Our services are custom-built digital solutions. Unlike physical products, digital services:

• Require significant time, expertise, and resources from the moment work begins
• Cannot be "returned" once delivered or substantially developed
• Often involve third-party costs that are immediately incurred (licenses, domains, tools)
• Are created exclusively for each client based on their specific requirements

3. The Only Exception — When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund request will only be reviewed under both of the following conditions:

Additionally, a refund may be issued in full if Awtad LLC is solely and demonstrably responsible for a failure to deliver the agreed service — for example, abandoning a project without cause or delivering work that materially fails to meet the agreed written specifications.

4. What Is Never Refundable

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Any third-party costs paid on behalf of the client (domain registration, hosting, software licenses, stock assets, advertising budgets, API fees, etc.)
• Services that have been partially or fully executed
• Digital products or files that have been delivered to the client
• Consulting hours, strategy sessions, or planning work already performed
• Rush fees or expedited delivery charges

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund based on the criteria in Section 3, follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@awtadllc.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]"
2. Include a clear description of the reason for your request and supporting documentation
3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
4. If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) or as account credit — at Awtad LLC's discretion

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, please allow:

• PayPal: 3–5 business days to appear in your account
• Stripe (Credit/Debit Card): 5–10 business days depending on your bank
• Account Credit: Applied immediately to your Awtad LLC account

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in the suspension of your account and any ongoing projects. We are always willing to resolve issues through direct communication.

8. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed to the date of cancellation
• Any third-party costs already incurred are the client's responsibility
• No partial refunds will be issued for work already performed
• All intellectual property created remains the property of Awtad LLC until outstanding payments are settled

9. Project Cancellation by Awtad LLC

In the rare event that Awtad LLC must cancel a project:

• The client will receive a full refund for any work not yet completed
• Third-party costs already incurred will be deducted from any refund
• We will provide reasonable notice and documentation of the cancellation reason
